Meet Time: Meet at Train Station at 9:20am (106 North Washington Street
Gettysburg), Board Train at 9:30am, Train leave station at 10:00am
Duration: Train Ride is 90 minutes, then lunch
Details: You don’t want to miss wonderful event so sign up early.
Members will enjoy a first-class train ride near the
battlefield, with views of the Eternal Light Peace Memorial
and the picturesque countryside. Along the way, you’ll learn
about various historical points of interest and the modern-
day use of the railroad, all from the comfort of fully
renovated 1950s-era passenger railcars. Train has a lift if not
able to climb the steps and a restroom on board. After train
ride we will take a very short drive to Appalachian Brewing
for lunch
